Q was responsible of conceiving the Master plan that redefines approximately 2 million sqm. along the sea waterfront of Sao Tome with a town, a center marketplace and a golf club at its core, creating a vibrant mixed-use downtown. Residential apartments villas And offices above the street level retail shops are complemented by abundant water features and landscaping.
