Project details:

The restaurant is conceived as a detached entity. A box in a box within the mall marked by two limestone walls on two sides to mark the Lebanese Architecture through a wide green façade all along the restaurant.

Relevant to its branding identity 3 experiences processing from:

• small to Large
• Closed to Open
• Warm to Bright

The Outdoor Lebanese Piazza,

is a square Piazza defined by an arch’s gallery, suspended pergola, Fountain and Citrus trees and Formal seating area.

The Lebanese Indoor,

includes a Cooking Hub, Beamed Wood Ceiling, Wall Display and a Casual seating area with built-in benches along the glass façade.

The Arches Gallery Alley,

Lined on both sides with art visuals revealing the branding identity of the restaurant. The Green walls mark the Entrance and creates the feeling of entering a garden.
